Danny Richardson leads our Development and Construction Department, Danny's area of specialisation is acting on behalf of developer clients, having worked as an in-house solicitor both in the private and public sector with major national developers.  He is aware of the practical day to day problems facing house builders.  With a wealth of experience gained as a senior solicitor at Shepherd Building Group in York, Danny is used to working at Director level alongside surveyors, planning consultants, architects, engineers and sale negotiators who recognise and appreciate his informed and practical advice in dealing with high value projects.
